We recommend batteries to be stored at around 20-30% capacity (2 LEDs) when they will not be in use for over a month. Make sure to check and maintain the charge level every
couple of months. Check the battery manual for proper storing temperatures.
As of 1st January 2025, the IATA rules state that there is no limit on the amount of batteries under 100Wh you can take as a carry on however only a maximum of 2 batteries, between 100wh – 160wh is allowed per person. Any batteries over 160Wh are forbidden as carry-on
on passenger aircraft. Airlines may ask for the MSDS for your batteries, these can be found on the product page themselves. Please also be aware that the airline hold the right to refuse on the day of travel.
Detailed warranty information can be found on our warranty page.
Our IMICROP, DUO-CP and IPL batteries are equipped with 2 different battery data modes (SB and IB mode). Please refer to the manual and change between the data modes, this usually resolves the issue. However if you are using our CUE batteries or equipment is being
powered via a DC IN connection, then you will only see voltage information.
IDX batteries are designed to be used with IDX chargers but they should charge on most third-party chargers from SONY, CORESWX, ANTON BAUER & RED. However we have not
tested with every model currently on the market.
